Check out the Embedded Download web page, and you'll see a new feature listed at the top - DirectX 9.0c for XPE. This has been a long time coming, and we're happy to finally have it done (well, almost done - it's still being released to the OEM Secure Site, but that should happen Monday).

The DX9 is not on the secure site as of wednesday morning GMT !
OK, I checked into this - sorry it took so long, but I had the current security releases to get out for XPE as well.
It was posted, but in the wrong spot on the OEM Secure Site. Instead of showing up under the Windows XP Embedded updates, it's listed under the Windows XP Professional QFEs for the DQI Tool site. I'm working to correct this, but for now, if you need it, it's listed there.
